David Wales
International Affairs Consultant
Mr. Wales, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, born in 1953, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics and electrical engineering. With an impressive career spanning over five decades in International Telecommunications, David's experience is geographically diverse, including two years in Kenya, two in Dubai, two in Russia, twelve in the UK, and a substantial thirty-three years in Bahrain.
Throughout his career, he has held various roles, progressing from a technician to an engineer, then to a project manager, and finally a consultant. Notably, David was the project manager responsible for the GSM network installation in Bahrain and later served as the senior manager overseeing the operation and maintenance of this network for eight years. Mr. Wales is the essence of Rapid and carries the name of, “The King of Scotland.”
